About Bolanle
I Build Structures Designed to Last.
Financial. Operational. Human.
I spent nearly two decades going deep. Building expertise layer by layer inside some of the most complex, design-driven, and mission-led organizations in New York and beyond. Finance. Operations. Leadership. I learned what it means to hold the financial architecture of an organization — to be the person who sees the full picture when no one else can.
At firms like Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and HLW, I learned precision and discipline. At Mancini Duffy — a 100-year-old architecture and design firm — I served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner, steering transformative growth, corporate restructuring, and acquisitions that positioned a historic institution for its next century.
But somewhere in those two decades, something shifted. I realized that depth, as powerful as it is, was never meant to stay in one place. The clarity I had spent twenty years building — the ability to translate complexity into decisions, numbers into narrative, vision into execution — that gift was meant to travel. Meant to reach further. Meant to impact not one organization but many.
That realization changed everything.
It is why I now partner with founders, boards, and leadership teams as their CFO and Executive Operating Partner — bringing that same depth to growth-stage organizations at the moments that define what they become next. It is why I created Finance Clearly — to make CFO-level insight accessible to every bold business leader who deserves to see their numbers clearly and build with intention. And it is why I show up on stages, in workshops, and in deeply personal conversations to ignite the kind of clarity that changes the trajectory of a person's life.
Across every chapter of my work, I build structures — financial, operational, and human — designed to last.

The Book That Started a Movement
Build Boldly was born from everything I had learned about building a career entirely on your own terms. It is a practical playbook and a deeply personal invitation — to chart your own path, lead with courage, and refuse to shrink yourself to fit someone else's idea of what leadership looks like.
It became a #1 bestseller because it said what so many people needed to hear — that boldness is not a personality trait. It is a practice. And it belongs to anyone willing to claim it.
Building boldly was never just a title. It has always been a way of living.
On the Stage
I believe that clarity is contagious and the stage is where I get to prove it. Whether I am speaking to a room of leaders, a gathering of founders, or a community of women building their next chapter, the mission is always the same: to be the moment the light goes on.
I have had the privilege of delivering keynotes and leading conversations at:
Monograph's Section Cut Conference
American Institute of Architects — Women's Leadership Summit
National Organization of Minority Architects Conference
Mother Honestly Summit
Zweig Group ElevateAEC Conference & Awards Gala
I speak on financial leadership, bold career building, business transformation, and the intersection of clarity and courage. To bring me to your stage or event, reach out below.
I am a proud wife, mother of two, and yes — the person in my circle who throws the most unforgettable themed parties. I live in New Jersey, I love what I do, and I believe deeply that the life we build at home is just as important as the work we build in the world.
I am passionate about service — which is why I founded SheBuildsLives and REACH Nigeria. And I am endlessly curious — which is why I hold degrees in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Education and Social Policy. Numbers and people have always been my twin obsessions.
The woman behind all of this is someone who has spent her whole life believing that clarity leads to possibility — and that possibility belongs to everyone willing to see it.
