I learned what it means to hold the financial architecture of an organization — to be the person who sees the full picture when no one else can.
At firms like Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and HLW, I learned precision and discipline. At Mancini Duffy — a 100-year-old architecture and design firm — I served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner, steering transformative growth, corporate restructuring, and acquisitions that positioned a historic institution for its next century.
But somewhere in those two decades, something shifted. The clarity I had spent twenty years building — the ability to translate complexity into decisions, numbers into narrative, vision into execution — that gift was meant to travel. Meant to reach further. That realization changed everything.
It is why I now partner with founders, boards, and leadership teams as their CFO and Executive Operating Partner. It is why I created Finance Clearly — to make CFO-level insight accessible to every bold business leader. And it is why I show up on stages, in workshops, and in deeply personal conversations to ignite the kind of clarity that changes the trajectory of a person's life.
